Service Coordinator

Your main responsibilities are:
- Generate quotations based on customer's or sales' request by evaluating inquires and registering/maintaining opportunity information.
- Liaise with Sales about the content and terms of the offerings.
- Communicate with Sales experts and customers about technical specifications and /or delivery information.
- Maintain and develop knowledge of customer specific solutions and needs.
- Support in preparing sales presentation material.
- Coordinate daily activities and urgent requests with relevant colleagues in order to find satisfactory solutions.
- Coordinates and schedules field service operations, aligning team efforts with customer requirements and service standards.
- Collaborates with customers and other external stakeholders and acts as a point of contact for field service teams, facilitating communication and shared awareness between technicians, customers, and relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitors field service activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols, service standards, and operational processes as well as customer policies, guidelines and regulations.
- Assists in the resolution of technical and operational issues, providing support and guidance to field service personnel.
- Monitoring FS margin on work order, proactively initiate cost saving actions.
- Maintains accurate records of field service activities, including resource allocation, service delivery timelines, and customer feedback.
- Preparing of FS work order for invoicing, debriefing, service record files maintaining after completion.
- Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing enhancements to field service processes.

- Technical background related to Marine Engineering with related Field Services experience is a plus.
- Good communication skills, negotiation skills and customer understanding.
- Good organizational skills and customer empathy, combined with a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Demonstrable team working skills and the ability to adjust and re-plan in dynamic situations.
- Strong Cost awareness & effectiveness.
- Strong ability to delegate, follow directions and work under pressure.
- Reporting and analysing skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin & English.
- College degree or above.
