Agreement Delivery Coordinator

This is a permanent opportunity, and its location is Pandan Crescent, Singapore.

 

About the Position

 

Your role will include the following accountabilities: 

  • Coordinate the logistics for tools, spare parts, and workshop services according to the Maintenance Plan. Secure QHSE and compliance for the work and parts.
  • Keep important stakeholder informed about the progress of the work. Actively update the Contract Manager when important issues occur.
  • Direct customer contact for the logistics of tools, parts.
  • Deliver parts, prepare tools shipments, and coordinate workshop components so that maintenance activities can be executed on time without any delays. Consolidate shipment and arrange inbound and outbound transportation
  • Ensure that contractual requirements are adhered when ordering spare parts 
  • Work closely with the Field Service Coordinator before, during and after the work is executed to ensure that our contractual commitments are met.
  • Timely and accurate reaction to customer requests.
  • Handle or channel customer claims related to parts, and tools
  • Manage proactively when changes to work plans occur in terms of job scope, timing, location, and quantity
  • Get assistance from Operational Support and Technical Services when needed
  • Review and approve cost and provide correct input for invoicing
  • Takes proactive actions towards the Wartsila internal parts delivery organization. Be creative in getting the parts delivered on time even if unconventional means must be used.
  • Be an active member of the Contract Core Team

 

To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Diploma or Degree in Technical, Logistics or related fields
  • Min. 2  years working experience in Logistics would be a plus
  • Structured and well-planned way of working
  • Focused and can-do attitude
  • Good co-operation, teamwork, and communication skills
  • Knowledge on operations and maintenance of large machinery
  • Understanding of business service contracts
  • Good IT skills.
  • Good practical knowledge and understanding of Marine Engines and Propulsion Systems and hands on experience in the use of SAP will be considered as a plus
