About the Position:
Cyber Security (Operation Technology) Engineer/Specialist
Your role will include the following accountabilities:
- Identify security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits.
- Implement and maintain cyber security controls.
- Identify and solve potential and actual cyber security problems.
- Assess the current situation, evaluate trends, and anticipate security requirements.
- Keep users informed by preparing performance reports and communicate system status.
- Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
- Solid understanding of networking technology and security surrounding it.
- Good understanding of the marine automation and navigation system could be a plus.
- Knowledge or experience with IEC/IACS standards (IACS E22 + E26/27 and IEC-62443).
- Experience with Operation Technology and Industrial Control Systems and Protocols.
- Result-based mindset
- Hands-on experience analysing high volumes of logs, network data and other attack artifacts
- Experience with vulnerability scanning solutions
- Proficiency with antivirus and security software
- Systematic way of working
- Problem-solving attitude
- Project Management knowledge
- Fluent in written and spoken English language
