Field Service Coordinator

We are looking for a Field Service Coordinator (Agreement Delivery). This is a permanent opportunity, and its location is Singapore.
 

As a Field Service Coordinator (Agreement Delivery), your primary responsibilities for the role include:

 

  • Close cooperation with contract managers and resource managers assigning engineers to jobs
  • Managing Field Services personnel when they are assigned to service work.
  • Interfacing with the customer during the service work up to the invoicing stage.
  • Providing support to Field Services personnel on-site for any technical, logistic or contractual issues.
  • Close cooperation with and support to Workshop foreman to plan workshop work.
  • Prepare documentation for invoicing as and when required.
  • To maintain KPI of the jobs on hand (TTI/WIP)
  • Attend in contract/project reviews and meetings.
  • Continuously stay up-to-date with company policies and guidelines.
  • Issue Tech Requests when applicable.

 

 

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

 

    • Degree or Diploma in the field of marine engineering.
    • Good command of English, both written and oral
    • Ability to work independently
    • Ability to communicate and interact well with customers and other stakeholders
