We are looking for a Field Service Coordinator. This is a permanent opportunity, and its location is Singapore. The Field Service Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting and executing the Service Work process for customers. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing service work orders throughout their entire lifecycle-from creation to invoicing-covering all related administrative activities such as travel coordination, purchasing, and order processing.
- Overseeing Field Services personnel assigned to service tasks and ensuring proper resource coordination.
- Serving as the primary customer interface during service execution through to the invoicing phase.
- Providing backend support to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensuring accurate job planning and documentation within Service Workforce and internal systems
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
- Degree or Diploma in the field of marine engineering.
- Good command of English, both written and oral
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate and interact well with customers and other stakeholders
