Field Service Coordinator

We are looking for a coordinator in Field Services who takes care of planning, execution and closing of Field Services activities according to offer/order and customer requirements as well as QEHS and cost target.


This is a permanent opportunity and the possible location is Singapore. 


What will you be doing
As a Field Service Coordinator, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute and close FS jobs/orders
  • Close cooperation with resource managers assigning engineers to jobs
  • Close cooperation with/support to Workshop foreman to plan workshop work.
  • Prepare documentation for invoicing to maintain KPI of the jobs on hand 
  • Attend in contract/project reviews.
  • Attend in offer reviews.
  • Continuously stay up-to-date with company policies and guidelines.
  • Issue Tech Requests when applicable.


To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

  • Diploma/Advanced/Bachelor/Graduate Diploma in Engineering or equivalent. 
  • Experience in marine systems (particular engine/propulsion) will be advantageous 
  • Able to work independently as well as in team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Good rapport skill, able to communicate with all level of personnel and stake holders
  • Ability to work in fast pace environment, meticulous and strong organizational skills
