Field Service Coordinator

We are looking for a Field Service Coordination Engineer–FS Operation, Marine Power who takes care of planning, execution and closing of Field Services activities according to offer/order and customer requirements as well as QEHS and cost target.

 

This is a permanent opportunity, and the location is Singapore.

 

About the position

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Work In Progress (WIP), Margins and Time To Invoice (TTI) is an important KPI for the role.
  • Accountable for surrounding processes and system/tool updates related to FS Operations.
  • Close cooperation with resource managers assigning engineers to jobs
  • Close cooperation with support to Workshop foreman to plan workshop work.
  • Prepare documentation for invoicing.
  • To maintain KPI of the jobs on hand (Margin/TTI/WIP)
  • Attend in contract/project reviews.
  • Attend in offer reviews.
  • Continuously stay up to date with company policies and guidelines.
  • Issue Technical Requests when applicable.

 

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

 

  • Diploma/Advanced/Bachelor/Graduate Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience in marine systems (particular engine/propulsion) will be advantageous
  • Able to work independently as well as in team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good rapport skill, able to communicate with all levels of personnel and stake holders
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment, meticulous and strong organizational skills
