We are looking for a dedicated Foreman for QuantiServ Singapore. QuantiServ offers specialised, fast and reliable support, maintenance and repair services for customers operating equipment by multiple brands, both in the marine and energy sectors. This position is a permanent opportunity, and its location is Singapore. You will be expected to have some experience of the following: 

 

  • Independently execute Engine Repair and Overhaul jobs.
  • Calibration of Engine Parts and Components.
  • Overhaul Engine Components in Workshop and at site/onboard.
  • Assist the Service Engineer to complete the work scope within the given time frame/schedule.
  • Responsible in maintaining the Workshop, Plant Equipment, tools in good order and maintain of good housekeeping in all job locations.
  • Ensure all Testing and monitoring equipment/instruments are identified and maintained in good order at all times.
  • Communicate with Service Engineer or Line Manager for briefing of Service related works.
  • In the absence of Engineer, the Foreman will need to Supervise the team to ensure all operational works are carried out efficiently and safely.
  • Report executed work according to Wartsila Standards.
  • Promote Wartsila Products and Services.
  • Ensure Risk Assessment conducted at work and at all times complying to local Workplace Health, Safety and Environment regulations.
  • Compliances to local Workplace Health, Safety and Environment regulations.
  • Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Line Manager or Management.
