We are now looking for Inventory Expert to join our team, Warehouse & Distribution. The position is permanent opportunity and the preferred location for the position is in 3 Pioneer Sector 3, Singapore.



What will you be doing:
As Inventory Expert, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

  • Maintain SAP data related to inventory status.
  • Work together with warehouse associates and storekeepers in the counting and scrap procedures.
  • Plan and manage stock volume when applicable.
  • Creating and maintaining inventory databases and systems for accurately managing inventory.
  • Track/Follow up slow and non-moving inventory
  • Analyse root causes of inventory differences and provide solutions.
  • Post inventory adjustments and inventory transfers.
  • Support with Internal Controls related to warehousing & inventory for MEA region.
  • Supporting own team with other Warehousing & Distribution and inventory related tasks as required.


To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience within logistics, warehousing and supply chain management
  • Good spoken and written English skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of computer software programs
  • Business or technical diploma/degree or equivalent preferred
  • Well organized and highly motivated personality
  • Good SAP Knowledge (material management module)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication and cooperation skills
