We are now looking for Propeller Senior Foreman to join our team, Field Service Workshop. The position is a permanent opportunity. The preferred location for the position is in Singapore.

What will you be doing:
As an Propeller Senior Foreman, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

  • Practice 5 "S" in housekeeping and the QEHS system procedures.
  • Review job specification and distribute work fairly to the welders who are able to perform the job assignment.
  • Check the quality of jobs and ensure the given specifications are constantly met.
  • Report and discuss any non-conformities with the supervisor
  • To counsel the subordinates who violate company rules and regulations.
  • To check weekly time sheets.
  • To ensure that there are adequate materials and tools for daily operations


To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

  • Experiences in the task below:

           1.    Propeller grinding / Polishing, required for Fixed pitch and CPP Blades.
           2.    Pitch checking, required for Fixed pitch and CPP Blades.
           3.    Blade Joint tip for Fixed pitch and CPP Blades.
           4.    Hot straightening for Fixed pitch and CPP Blades.
           5.    Static balancing for Fixed pitch and CPP Blades.


  • Ability to calculate pitch for Fixed pitch and CPP Blades and make report.
  • Welding skill for propeller material,  Nickel alummium bronze MIG processing or 1G Cert.  
  • Ability to read propellers drawing.
  • Knowledge of WPS/ PQR.
  • Strong sense of responsibility on the being and completion of the job.
  • Ability to make repair proposal and upon completion job service report.
  • Ability to discuss with customers and class surveyors on the job.
