Project Engineer

We are now looking for a Project Engineer to join us.

 

The Project Engineer is a trained engineer who is involved in the design and layout planning of the system, scope and cost estimating, planning and scheduling, equipment selection, installations and services, resources management within assigned scope of work and quality control of completed job. A project engineer works in tandem with the Project Manager.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Perform allocated works, installations and services, participation in FAT/HAT/SAT, local coordination of works with customer's representatives and suppliers
  • Project technical specifications, system design drawings and scope of supply preparation and review
  • Identification and evaluation of technical solutions, preferred models and vendors for 3d party equipment which is to be used within the scope of supply
  • Perform customer support by email, phone and on-site
  • Perform quality control of completed job
  • Adhere to internal company and functional policies and procedures

  • Degree in Engineering or relevant fields
  • Experience in Maritime Simulation systems
  • Able to assemble hardware (i.e. laptop/computer) from scratch
  • Knowledge / experience satellite and data networking
  • Proficient in Computer / IT skills
  • Proficient in English - Written and verbal
  • Good teamwork and follow-up skills
