Project Support Coordinator
Wärtsilä Voyage Pacific Pte Ltd is looking for Project Support Coordinator who is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion. This role requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, managing several moving project parts simultaneously.
This is a permanent opportunity, and the location is at Pandan Crescent, Singapore.
What will you be doing
As a Project Support Coordinator, your work will focus on these responsibilities
- Managing projects within Jira to ensure timely progress and coordination.
- Creating and managing Sales Orders in Microsoft Dynamic Business Central(MD BC).
- Collaborating with customers, project managers, and project engineers for the approval of specifications.
- Reserving goods from the warehouse and managing open purchase orders.
- Initiating purchase requests as per project requirements.
- Negotiating and approving terms and conditions of goods delivery with customers and project managers.
- Preparing pick tickets and shipping documents to streamline logistics.
- Ensuring the accuracy and approval of shipping documents with project stakeholders.
- Managing and organizing deliveries through courier services and the Logistics team.
- Handling the issuance of proforma invoices and credit notes.
- Processing RFQ requests to support procurement processes.
- Conducting inventory corrections following stock takes to maintain accuracy.
- Creating and managing Jobs in Microsoft Dynamic Business Central.
- Handling Return Orders and Return Material Authorization cases in Microsoft Dynamic Business Central.
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
- A Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- A fast learner who is highly motivated, analytical, and well-organized.
- Ability to work with a flexible, and self-learning attitude.
- It would be advantageous if you have:
- Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamic Business Central, SAP, Epicor, or Opera.
- Experience in managing substantial projects of significant value.
- Demonstrated excellence in project coordination, with a strong business focus and mindset, high integrity, structured approach, and good leadership skills.
- Experience in project handling, customer service, logistics, or similar roles.
- A proven track record of operational experience.
