Regional Customer Support Manager APAC & India

We are looking for Regional Customer Support Manager APAC & India. This position is a permanent opportunity and its location is Singapore.

 

What will you be doing
As Regional Customer Support Manager APAC & India, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

  • Ensure successful execution of all Field Service activity inside the APAC & India region through building and  maintaining excellent relationships with all Customers and Service Partners
  • Liaising with the Global Coordination, Technical Support, Technical Specialists, provide all Field Service engineering requirements in the region in a timely manner;
  • Ensure efficient service delivery by using available resources within a given cost budget;
  • Act as key contact for APAC customers receiving service delivery in other regions;
  • Ensure regional Field Support resources (T4 and/or Service Partner) are available, qualified, and certified to satisfy the demand for Field Support
  • Manage and control facilities, infrastructure and Service Stock inventories required for T4 and Service Partner activities
  • Promoting regional After Sales business (Support Agreements, Service Stocks at Service Partners) in close cooperation with the After Sales Team
  • Development of the regional monthly Rolling Forecast (RFC) – ensuring accuracy and achievability
  • Review and analyse statistics to compile accurate reports monitoring monthly regional performance indicators
  • Plan, budget and approve spending within the region as specified


To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Electrical / Electronic / Software
  • Previous Marine Navigational Industry experience – A minimum of 5 years’ experience working within a similar role
  • Clear evidence of leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to develop and progress a team
  • A team player as well as a Team Leader
  • Excellent Time Management Skills
