Sales Proposal Engineer

We are looking for Sales Proposal Engineer to join Sales Proposals Team, Southeast Asia & Australasia. This is a permanent opportunity, and the location is Pandan, Singapore. 


What you will be doing:

As Sales Proposal Engineer,  your work will focus on these responsibilities:

•    Managing and coordinating proposal creation with internal & external stakeholders for assigned cases. 
•    Creating of high-quality sales proposals for Parts, Field Services and package solutions addressing customer needs and maximizing our value propositions, including documentation below but not limited to:

    • Commercial propositions
    • Margin calculations
    • Technical scope
    • Description of maintenance scope
    • Documenting commercial and delivery terms & conditions

•    Preparing responsibility matrixes for the offer. 
•    Preparing handing over documentation for the service delivery team.
•    Identifying, presenting, proposing, and promoting the upgrading solutions to customers to fill their explicit and implied needs together with local sales.

 

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

•    Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marine/Mechanical Engineering
•    Good communication skills
•    Systematic way of working


The position is recommendable for recently graduated candidates or people with a few years’ experience (up to 2 years) if they have a Diploma/BSc. in Marine/Mechanical Engineering.
