Service Technician, Tank Control Systems

This is a permanent opportunity and its location is Singapore.


What will you be doing:
As Service Technician (Tank Control Systems), your work will focus on these responsibilities:

  • Perform assembly, commissioning work, trouble shooting and rectification work for marine and land gauging systems in accordance with the instructions.
  • Perform basic scheduled overhauls and repairs on equipment components.
  • Record the measurement data on the relevant document.
  • Ensure that the work is executed according to Wärtsila Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines and customer site procedures.

 

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

  • Have a Nitec or Diploma in Electrical and/ or Electronics Engineering or related field
  • Good knowledge in PCBA work
  • Minimum 2 years of related work experience
  • Able to understand and interpret circuitry diagram
  • Good communication and team work skills
  • Some years of working experience in Marine Industry will be preferred
