Team Leader, Parts Coordination Management

We are now looking for a dynamic Team Leader, Parts Coordination Management to join our skilled Parts Coordination Management team for a permanent role. The role will be in accordance with our hybrid work model, you will be able to work partially remotely. The possible locations are Singapore and India(Mumbai).

 

What will you be doing?

 

As Team Leader, Parts Coordination Management you will be accountable for leading and coaching your team to ensure quality and timely handling of quotations, orders, recording of claims and other related documents. Implement corrective and preventive actions as necessary, execute action plans according to rules and regulations, balance workload among team members to grant efficiency and effectiveness

 

 You will monitor and report business performance via KPI's and targets (performance and behavioural) in assigned team(s), to ensure that the business objectives and targets are met, you mentor and develop team members for optimal performance and identification and development of succession plan. 

 

As part of Wartsila’s continuous improvement culture, you are a change agent and actively look in identifying waste in the processes having an operational excellence approach and lead continuous improvement initiatives, to ensure constant improvement of our end-to-end process in alignment with our strategy

In this fast-moving role, you should also be able to multi-task and prioritise, to ensure adherence to set timelines. You will be required to work independently and proactively, taking ownership of your tasks while actively managing relevant stakeholders. Thus, we hope that you have a service-oriented mindset, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a knack for establishing strong stakeholder relationships.
