We are now looking for a Personnel department specialist to join our dynamic and skilled team in Saint-Petersburg, Russia for a locally independent position, but also working together with the Regional HR team. The position is permanent. 


Your work will focus on these main responsibilities:


  • Ensure full conformity of the personnel records in legal entity that has separate subdivisions and branches (the total number of a Legal Entity is 200 people)
  • Advise employees on local labor legislation and internal regulations
  • Administrate voluntary insurances programs (medical, travel, life & injury)
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to local authorities (as required by labour law)
  • Maintain Military service records and reporting to local military authorities
  • Registration of originals and duplicates of SNILS
  • Archiving
  • Administrate required updates of the local policies & procedures
  • Development and implementation of Internal Regulatory Local Acts
  • Statistical reporting


To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:


  • Bachelor degree or university degree
  • 5+ years of work experience in a similar position (with a staff of 250 people)
  • Readiness for irregular work hours
  • Knowledge of personnel records management, norms of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation
  • Advanced user of 1S: payroll & HR software
  • English language skills (both written and spoken at intermediate level as minimum
  • Advanced PC user
  • Customer focus & orientation
  • Advanced communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in multitasking mode
  • Native Russian language
