We are now looking for a Sales Manager to join our skilled Sales team. The position is permanent. The location for the position is in Saint-Petersburg, Russia.


What will you be doing

For us to be the best match, we expect you to have a deep desire to work in our dynamic and fast-paced team of professionals.


As Sales Manager, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

  • Promoting the company's products and solutions on the market
  • Building long-term partnerships with key customers (shipowners, integrators, regional service companies)
  • Expanding the number of customers through active market research
  • Preparation and conduct of negotiations at the level of heads of enterprises
  • Continuous monitoring of customer needs and plans
  • Monitoring the actions of competitors and the products and solutions they offer
  • Document management and reporting on concluded contracts


To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

  • Higher technical education
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Business correspondence skills
  • Business negotiation skills
  • Experience in ERP systems MS Dynamics NAV, MS Dynamics AX, SAP, etc.
  • Fluent Russian
  • Knowledge of spoken and written English

You will shine in this role, when you have:

  • Experience in marine market
  • Education in marine electronics or navigation
