Senior software development engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced, full-time Fronted-Developer to join our skilled team in Saint-Petersburg, Russia. The candidate is expected to have deep experience in commercial software development.
In this position, you will take a part in the development of great product WebVTSWebVTS is a web based vessel traffic control system. The traffic control systems of our company are installed in about 70 countries and it is approximately 25% of VTS installations in the world.
You will not be working on this alone and will have the support from the team of professionals, even though the work requires a high level of independency.
As Frontend-Developer your work will focus on

·       Coding based on user story and UX prototypes

·       Code review

·       Deep interaction with the team (testers, BE developers, UX designers)

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

·       3+ years working experience of commercial development experience

·       Good knowledge of Angular 9+, ReactJS (functional components, hooks)

·       Experience with Ngrx, MobX

·       Deep knowledge and understanding of Typescript, JS (ES6 +), HTML, CSS

·       Knowledge of SASS / LESS CSS preprocessors

·       Understanding the basic principles of UI / UX

·       Experience with REST API

·       Experience with version control systems (git)

·       Knowledge of English (intermediate)

We will be amazed if you also have some of the following optional experience:

·       Experience with Mapbox GL mapping engine

·       Experience in layout for mobile devices

·       Experience with WebSocket (SignalR)

·       Knowledge of ReactJS (functional components, hooks)
