We are looking for a Manager Commissioning Support with a main responsibility in leading and developing our commissioning support activities The preferred location for this position is Stord, Norway or Hamburg, Germany. We offer a possibility to hybrid work.  
   

Your role and responsibilities   

  

As a Manager Commissioning Support your work will include cooperating closely with our Projects teams in planning our commissioning task, allocate resources needed, and contribute to competence development needed for team. The tasks can also be adjusted based on your individual skills and interests. You’ll be working as a part of Service & Lifecycle Support team with diverse expertise. 

  

Your work will focus on these responsibilities: 

 

  • Primary point of contact for commissioning support activities.  
  • Lead, develop, coach, and mentor the Lifecycle commissioning coordinators and planners.  
  • Drive strategic commissioning planning, resource forecasting, and execution planning. 
  • Manage commissioning resources to support business objectives and project delivery.  
  • Maintain and continuously improve the SES commissioning resource planning tool, ensuring alignment with the full project portfolio and business requirements. 

  

To be able to succeed in the position, we expect you to have:  

  

  • Maritime team leadership, preferably during commissioning 
  • Strong knowledge of marine electrical & automation systems 
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
