Team Leader

Due to our growing market activities within electrification, we are looking for a passionate Team Leader to support our travelling Field Service team.
The preferred location is in Stord, Norway. This role is a temporary position of at least two years with the possibility of permanent employment.
What you will be doing
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible securing adequate competence and capacity within the SES Field Service resource team, including meeting the health, safety, and environmental goals. To be successful in this job, we believe you are a team player by heart, and you have excellent cooperative, problem solving and decision-making skills in addition to being customer oriented.
As Team Leader, your work will focus on these responsibilities:
- Supervise and follow-up of the Field Service Team
- Lead the development of the Field Service competence and capacity
- Support the Field Service planning activities contribution to good utilization level
- Agreements with local resource vendors
- Collaboration with other resource locations regarding development of field service competence
- Conduct project reviews and lessons learned
- Responsible for recruitment actions within the team
You will shine in this role, when you have
- 2-5 years’ experience within the Maritime industry
- Preferably previous leadership experience
- Some technical knowledge within electro & automation seen as an advantage
- Bachelor- /University level education within relevant field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian
- Dynamic and passionate with a strong teamwork mentality
