Within Ship Electrification Solutions (SES) we are a world leading total supplier of electric and hybrid solutions for the marine industry. Our products range from Shaft Generators, Electric Propulsion Systems to Hybrid Solutions and shore power.

Due to our growing market activities within electrification, we are looking for a passionate Team Leader to support our travelling Field Service team at Stord, Norway.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible securing adequate competence and capacity within the SES Field Service resource team, including meeting the health, safety, and environmental goals. To be successful in this job, we believe you are a team player by heart, and you have excellent cooperative, problem solving and decision-making skills in addition to being customer oriented.

Main responsibilities:

• Supervise and follow-up of the Field Service Team
• Lead the development of the Field Service competence and capacity
• Support the Field Service planning activities contribution to good utilization level
• Agreements with local resource vendors
• Collaboration with other resource locations regarding development of field service competence
• Conduct project reviews and lessons learned

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years’ experience within the Maritime industry
• Some technical knowledge within electro & automation seen as an advantage
• Bachelor- /University level education
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Dynamic and passionate with a strong teamwork mentality
