We are recruiting an Engine Control Specialist / Technicien de banc d'essais H/F to join team in Surgères.
  
What will you be doing
 
Within a team of test bench technicians, you will carry out functional validation tests on nuclear and/or military engines.  

 

As an Engine Control Specialist, your work will focus on these responsibilities:
 
•    You will be responsible for the development and implementation of a range of new products and services to meet the needs of the market,
•    Carry out the engine tests (running-in and final acceptance), follow the parameters defined in the procedure and carry out checks on the engine (visual, dimensional),
•    Analyses the results and carries out an initial diagnosis (mechanical, electrical, automation, etc.) in the event of a malfunction,
•    Carries out corrective actions such as 1st level electrical repairs, mechanical repairs on motors,
•    Compiles test results and fills in the associated quality documents (quality plan, etc.),
•    Carries out 1st level maintenance of the benches,
•    Proposes and participates in improvement actions for the bench activity, as such can program the data acquisition systems and the PLC.
 
To be successful in this role, we expect you to know how to do:
 
•    Know how to drive a bench;
•    Knowing how to carry out an initial diagnosis and troubleshooting (electrical, mechanical, automation, etc.);
•    Be versatile;
•    Know how to program.

•    Be available and flexible, be able to work shifted hours;
•    Be able to follow demanding safety and quality rules;

You will shine in this role, when you have:
•    BAC PRO mechanics with 10 to 15 years’ experience in engine mechanics

OR
•    BTS MCI with 3 years’ experience in engine mechanics and/or test bench management

Nous recrutons un  Technicien de banc d'essais H/F sur notre site de Surgères. 
 
Qu'est-ce que tu vas faire

Au sein d’une équipe de techniciens banc d’essais, vous effectuez les tests fonctionnels de validation des moteurs nucléaires et/ou militaires.
 
En tant que Technicien de banc d'essais, votre travail se concentrera sur les missions suivantes:
 
•    Prépare le banc dans la configuration souhaitée et met en place le moteur au banc (lignage, câblage de l’instrumentation…),
•    Réalise les tests moteurs (rodage et recette finale), suit les paramètres définis dans la procédure et effectue des contrôles sur le moteur (visuel, dimensionnel),
•    Analyse les résultats et réalise un premier diagnostic (mécanique, électrique, automatisme…) en cas de dysfonctionnement,
•    Réalise les actions de corrections tels que dépannage 1er niveau électrique, réparation mécanique sur moteur, 
•    Compile les résultats des tests et renseigne les documents qualité associés (plan qualité…),
•    Réalise la maintenance 1er niveau des bancs,
•    Propose et participe aux actions d’amélioration pour l’activité banc, à ce titre peut programmer les systèmes d’acquisition de données et l’automate programmable.
 
Pour réussir dans ce rôle, nous attendons de vous:
 
Savoir faire:
 
•    Savoir conduire un banc;
•    Savoir réaliser un premier diagnostic, une recherche de panne (électrique, mécanique, automatisme…);
•    Être polyvalent; 
•    Savoir programmer.
 
Savoir être:
 
•    Être disponible et flexible, pouvoir travailler en horaires décalés;
•    Être capable de suivre des règles sécurité et qualité exigeantes;
•    Rigoureux, démarche structurée;
•    Esprit d’équipe;
•    Savoir réagir rapidement et calmement devant un dysfonctionnement;
•    Être curieux du monde mécanique, motoriste et nucléaire/militaire.
 
Diplôme / experience requis:
 
•    BAC PRO mécanique avec expérience de 10 à 15 ans en mécanique moteur
 OU
•    BTS MCI avec expérience 3 ans en mécanique moteur et/ou conduite de banc d’essais
