We are now looking for a
Field Service Coordinator to join our team working for a better future.
The position is permanent and the preferred location is in Surgères, France but can be remote with frequent travel to Surgères
What you will be doing
You will oversee and coordinate field service resources and activities at sites, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction..
As Field Service Coordinator your work will focus on these responsibilities:
· Coordinates and schedules field service operations, aligning team efforts with customer requirements and service standards.
· Collaborates with customers and other external stakeholders and acts as a point of contact for field service teams, facilitating communication and shared awareness between technicians, customers, and relevant internal and external stakeholders.
· Monitors field service activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols, service standards, and operational processes as well as customer policies, guidelines and regulations.
· Assists in the resolution of technical and operational issues, providing support and guidance to field service personnel.
· Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing enhancements to field service processes.
· Maintains accurate records of field service activities, including resource allocation, service delivery timelines, and customer feedback.
· Manages contracts and executes contract delivery management activities, managing the operational and commercial aspects of contract delivery.
· Implements contract management and delivery management approaches, guidelines, processes and tools to manage contracts and contract delivery effectively. Contributes to the improvement of contract management practices by providing insights and recommendations based on specialist knowledge.
· Maintains up-to-date expertise in contract management, staying informed of market best practices and industry standards.
· Manages customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional sales. Collaborates with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with contract management and execution, and to facilitate effective contract delivery and resolve issues.
· Monitors contract performance including customer satisfaction, service delivery quality and timeliness, alignment of deliverables with contractual obligations and contract profitability, analysing performance and generating reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Identifies and implements improvements where feasible.
· Supports contract negotiations and revisions, balancing organizational interests with customer needs. Identifies opportunities for additional sales towards customer.

· Maintains and develops expertise in field service, providing up-to-date information and knowledge to guide others.
· Proficient knowledge in contract management and delivery. Gains experience in managing simpler contracts and understanding customer and product basics, with an emphasis on learning and skill development.
· Encourages ideas for improving field service operations, contributing to process development and addressing complex problems.

· Surveille les activités de Field services pour assurer la conformité avec les protocoles de sécurité, les normes de service et les processus opérationnels ainsi que les politiques, directives et réglementations des clients.
· Aide à la résolution des problèmes techniques et opérationnels, en fournissant un soutien et des conseils au personnel de Field Services.
· Contribue aux initiatives d'amélioration continue en identifiant et en mettant en œuvre des améliorations aux processus de Field Services.
· Maintient des dossiers précis des activités de Field Services, y compris l'allocation des ressources, les délais de prestation de service et les retours des clients.
· Gère les contrats et exécute les activités de gestion de la livraison des contrats, en gérant les aspects opérationnels et commerciaux de la livraison des contrats.
· Met en œuvre des approches, des lignes directrices, des processus et des outils de gestion des contrats et de la livraison des contrats pour gérer efficacement les contrats et leur livraison. Contribue à l'amélioration des pratiques de gestion des contrats en fournissant des informations et des recommandations basées sur des connaissances spécialisées.
· Maintient une expertise à jour en gestion des contrats, en restant informé des meilleures pratiques du marché et des normes de l'industrie.
· Gère les relations avec les clients, en assurant leur satisfaction et en identifiant des opportunités de ventes supplémentaires. Collabore avec les parties prenantes pour identifier et atténuer les risques associés à la gestion et à l'exécution des contrats, et pour faciliter une livraison efficace des contrats et résoudre les problèmes.
· Surveille la performance des contrats, y compris la satisfaction des clients, la qualité et la ponctualité de la prestation de service, l'alignement des livrables avec les obligations contractuelles et la rentabilité des contrats, en analysant la performance et en générant des rapports pour soutenir la prise de décision et l'amélioration continue. Identifie et met en œuvre des améliorations lorsque cela est possible.
· Soutient les négociations et les révisions de contrats, en équilibrant les intérêts de l'organisation avec les besoins des clients. Identifie des opportunités de ventes supplémentaires auprès des clients.
