We are now looking for a
Field Service Coordinator to join our team working for a better future.
The position is permanent and the preferred location is in Surgères, France but can be remote with frequent travel to Surgères
What you will be doing
You will oversee and coordinate field service resources and activities at sites, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction..
As Field Service Engineer, your work will focus on these responsibilities:
· Performs technical tasks and troubleshooting in the field, contributing to the functionality of equipment and diagnosing and resolving technical issues in collaboration with the service team and customers.
· Provides technical support and guidance to customers, enhancing their experience and ensuring the reliability of products in operation.
· Collaborates across multiple customers, external stakeholders and cross-functional teams to coordinate on-site activities and share expertise, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery and contributing to service delivery excellence.
· Participates in the continuous development of field service processes and methods by providing feedback on service processes and equipment performance, aiming for increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.
· Maintains accurate records and reports of field service activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer requirements. Adheres to safety and quality standards.
· Business Impact: Executes tasks with direct impact on customer satisfaction and service quality within own area of responsibility.

To be successful in this role we expect you to have:
· Good experience and knowledge of field service practices and processes
· Knowledge and Experience: Possesses practical knowledge of field service operations and technical expertise in relevant equipment and systems.
· Innovation and Change: Identifies and implements improvements to service processes based on operational performance and customer feedback. Solves technical issues based on established guidelines.
· Teamwork and Leadership: Works independently and provides support to peers, contributing to the team's overall service delivery.
· Communicates effectively with customers and team members to resolve service issues and meet operational requirements.

En tant qu'Ingénieur Field service, votre travail se concentrera sur les responsabilités suivantes :
· Effectuer des tâches techniques et de dépannage sur le terrain, contribuant à la fonctionnalité des équipements et diagnostiquant et résolvant les problèmes techniques en collaboration avec l'équipe de service et les clients.
· Fournir un support technique et des conseils aux clients, améliorant leur expérience et assurant la fiabilité des produits en fonctionnement.
· Collaborer avec plusieurs clients, parties prenantes externes et équipes transversales pour coordonner les activités sur site et partager son expertise, garantissant une prestation de service rapide et efficace et contribuant à l'excellence de la prestation de service.
· Participer au développement continu des processus et méthodes de service sur le terrain en fournissant des retours sur les processus de service et la performance des équipements, visant à accroître l'efficacité et la satisfaction des clients.
· Maintenir des dossiers et des rapports précis des activités de service sur le terrain, assurant la conformité avec les politiques de l'entreprise et les exigences des clients. Respecter les normes de sécurité et de qualité.
· Impact sur l'entreprise : Exécuter des tâches ayant un impact direct sur la satisfaction des clients et la qualité du service dans son propre domaine de responsabilité.
Pour réussir dans ce rôle, nous attendons de vous :
· Une bonne expérience et connaissance des pratiques et processus de service sur le terrain
· Connaissances et expérience : Posséder des connaissances pratiques des opérations de service sur le terrain et une expertise technique dans les équipements et systèmes pertinents.
· Innovation et changement : Identifier et mettre en œuvre des améliorations aux processus de service basées sur la performance opérationnelle et les retours des clients. Résoudre les problèmes techniques en se basant sur des directives établies
· Travail d'équipe et leadership : Travailler de manière autonome et apporter un soutien aux collègues, contribuant à la prestation globale de service de l'équipe.
· Communiquer efficacement avec les clients et les membres de l'équipe pour résoudre les problèmes de service et répondre aux exigences opérationnelles.
