We are looking for a Field Services Technician for a permanent role. The role is based in Surgères and involves frequent travels.

Your responsibilities:

As a Field Services Technician, you will work on emergency diesel engines installed in nuclear power plants. Your main duties will include:

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on Wärtsilä emergency diesel engines.
• Working under the supervision of a superintendent or engineer.
• Assisting with troubleshooting activities.
• Participating in engine running tests.
• Completing quality documentation (“Work Completion File”).
• Acting in compliance with Wärtsilä processes, procedures, and instructions regarding Safety and Quality.
• Representing Wärtsilä values and contributing to the promotion of the Wärtsilä brand.

Profile:

• Technical background (mechanical, electromechanical, or equivalent).
• Experience in industrial maintenance or diesel engines, ideally in a nuclear environment.
• Strong focus on safety and adherence to procedures.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Le poste est basé à Surgères et implique des déplacements fréquents. Un véhicule de service est attribué dans le cadre des déplacements

Vos responsabilités :

En tant que Technicien Field Services, vous interviendrez sur des moteurs diesel d’urgence installés dans des centrales nucléaires. Vos principales missions seront :

• Réaliser la maintenance préventive et corrective des moteurs diesel d’urgence Wärtsilä.
• Travailler sous la supervision d’un superintendant ou d’un ingénieur.
• Participer aux activités de dépannage.
• Contribuer aux tests de fonctionnement des moteurs.
• Compléter la documentation qualité (« Dossier de Réalisation de Travaux »).
• Respecter les processus, procédures et instructions Wärtsilä en matière de Sécurité et Qualité.
• Représenter les valeurs de Wärtsilä et contribuer à la promotion de la marque.

Profil recherché :

• Formation technique (mécanique, électromécanique ou équivalent).
• Expérience en maintenance industrielle ou moteurs diesel, idéalement en environnement nucléaire.
• Sens aigu de la sécurité et respect des procédures.
• Esprit d’équipe et bonnes compétences en communication.
