We are now looking for a 

Health Safety Environment (HSE) Coordinator

to join our team working for a better future. 

The preferred location for the position is in Surgeres, France. 

What you will be doing 

As HSE Coordinator your work will focus on these responsibilities: 

• Identify and assess health, safety and environmental risks by working directly with employees at their workstations
• Implement corrective and preventive measures to minimise these risks.
• Monitor and lead We Care cases and integrating the analysis of Organisational and Human Factors analysis
• Provide a QEHS support to teams in drawing up prevention plans
• Provide a QEHS welcome for new employees and people from outside the site
• Monitor HSE regulatory watch
• Continuous improvement on ergonomics risks.
• Develop HSE skills within the Special Applications unit
• Work in compliance with the various nuclear and military standards, as well as QEHS directives and regulations
• Take action on HSE issues as a matter of priority
• Review and draft HSE documentation

To be successful in this role we expect you to have: 

• Degrees + 2 + 3 years 
• 3-5 years work experience in Industrial Sector, QEHS Sector
• Intermediate English skills (B1-B2)
• Intermediate MS Office & SAP knowledge
• Customer and business oriented
• Knowledge of HSE standards and regulation
• Ability to listen to and convince your interlocutors
• Ability to optimize the existing
• Leadership experience

In this role, some travel is required thus, we hope you to be ready to travel approximately 20%, even though most of the meetings are held virtually.

Votre travail se concentrer sur les responsabilités suivantes:

• Identifier et évaluer les risques liés à la santé, à la sécurité et à l’environnement en travaillant directement avec les collaborateurs sur leurs postes de travail
• Mettre en place des mesures correctives et préventives pour minimiser ces risques.
• Suivre et animer les cas We Care et intégrer l’analyse des Facteurs Organisationnels et Humains
• Être le support QEHS des équipes sur la rédaction des plans de prevention
• Réaliser l’accueil QEHS des nouveaux entrants et des personnes extérieures au site
• Faire le suivi de la veille règlementaire HSE
• Amélioration continue des risques ergonomiques
• Développer les compétences en HSE dans l’entité Special Applications
• Travailler en conformité avec les différentes normes nucléaires et militaires ainsi qu’avec les directives et la règlementation en matière de QEHS
• Agir sur les sujets HSE selon les priorités
• Revoir et rédiger la documentation HSE

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, nous attendons de vous:

• Bac +2 +3 
• 3-5 ans experiences Secteur Industriel, Secteur QEHS
• Intermédiaire competencies niveau Anglais
• Intermédiaire competencies MS Office & SAP
• Etre orienté Client et Business
• Connaissance des normes et de la règlementation HSE
• Capacité à écouter ses interlocuteurs et à les convaincre
• Capacité à optimiser l’existant
• Leadership competencies

Dans ce rôle, des déplacements sont nécessaires, nous espérons donc que vous serez prêt(e) à voyager environ 20%, même si la plupart des réunions se déroulent virtuellement.
