We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist who will support all trainings for our Surgères (France) facility.
What you will be doing :
Organization and planning of mandatory training sessions:
- Plan and organize on-site (INTRA) and off-site (INTER) training sessions.
- Reserve training rooms and equipment according to the needs of the trainers.
- Pre-training follow-up: manage participant registrations and convocations
Administrative management of training courses:
- Prepare and send out training documents (materials, attendance sheets, evaluations)
- Monitor participants' attendance and absence (absenteeism KPI)
- Ensure post-training administrative follow-up (attestations, certificates, invoicing).
Training follow-up and evaluation:
- Collect and analyze training evaluations.
- Suggest improvements based on feedback from participants, in liaison with QHSE and training organizations.*
Training budget management:
- Monitor training budgets.
- Ensure compliance with budgets and deadlines.
Software and Communication:
- Act as a reference for our WeLearn group tool and our local SkillUp tool.
- Inform employees of training opportunities.
- Update internal training communication materials
- Participate in the promotion of training programs
What you need to perform :
- Holder of a Bac + 2 level training in an administrative field (HR, SME Management, etc.)
- You have 5 years of experience in a similar role within an international structure.
- Taste for administrative work
- Knowledge of the specifics of the industrial and nuclear sector
- Safety and security cultures
- Knowledge on the subject of training
- Interpersonal skills, team spirit, attention to detail, sense of service
- Analysis, rigor, responsiveness, and management of priorities and deadlines
- Good level of English (written and spoken)
- Good writing skills
- Advanced level in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Nous recherchons un.e Chargé.e de Formation qui apportera support sur les formations pour notre site de Surgères, France.
Ce que vous ferez :
Organisation et planification des sessions de formation obligatoires :
- Planifier et organiser des sessions de formation sur site (INTRA) et hors site (INTER).
- Réserver les salles de formation et le matériel selon les besoins des formateurs.
- Suivi pré-formation : gérer les inscriptions et convocations des participants.
Gestion administrative des formations :
- Préparer et envoyer les documents de formation (supports, feuilles de présence, évaluations).
- Suivre la présence et l'absence des participants (KPI d'absentéisme).
- Assurer le suivi administratif post-formation (attestations, certificats, facturation).
Suivi et évaluation des formations :
- Collecter et analyser les évaluations des formations.
- Proposer des améliorations basées sur les retours des participants, en liaison avec les organisations QHSE et de formation.
Gestion du budget de formation :
- Suivre les budgets de formation.
- Assurer le respect des budgets et des délais.
Logiciels et Communication :
- Agir en tant que référent pour notre outil de groupe WeLearn et notre outil local SkillUp.
- Informer les employés des opportunités de formation.
- Mettre à jour les supports de communication interne sur la formation.
- Participer à la promotion des programmes de formation.
Ce dont vous avez besoin pour réussir :
- Titulaire d'une formation de niveau Bac + 2 dans un domaine administratif (RH, Gestion PME, etc.)
- Vous avez 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire au sein d'une structure internationale.
- Goût pour le travail administratif.
- Connaissance des spécificités du secteur industriel et nucléaire.
- Cultures de sécurité et de sûreté.
- Connaissances en matière de formation.
- Compétences interpersonnelles, esprit d'équipe, attention aux détails, sens du service.
- Analyse, rigueur, réactivité, et gestion des priorités et des délais.
- Bon niveau d'anglais (écrit et parlé).
- Bonnes compétences rédactionnelles.
- Niveau avancé en Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
