Logistics coordinator/Expert

We are now looking for a logistics coordinator to join our local team of 3 logistics coordinators supplying parts to our workshop to meet our customers’ expectations on the nuclear sector. The position is permanent. The preferred location for the position is in Surgères, France.


What will you be doing

In this position, your work will include securing stocks in quality and leadtime by anticipation of local workshop in Surgères and provide parts for our project business. You will be the local direct contact to our project managers and contact the purchasing team when needed or even purchase directly from local suppliers for non critical parts.

For us to be the best match, we expect you to have understanding in the criticality of coordinating deadlines with quality as well as internal and external supplying’s requirements, and experience from working on SAP. As an ideal candidate, you have gained experience from creating/following up purchase orders to internal and external suppliers and from working along with a tight production planning. For you to succeed in the position, we hope you to have proactiveness, reactiveness & organization skills, as well as be communicative towards all stakeholders, altogether in a target oriented mindset.


As logistics coordinator, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

  • Identify materials & service to serve nuclear engines requalification for contracts/projects, based on a bill of material analysis (Excel list)
  • Schedule critical paths & respective milestones of needs to serve
  • Be the interface between contract managers, workshop pilots and the purchasing team remotely located
  • Create and follow up orders (internal to our central warehouse in Kampen, NL, or external to local suppliers)
  • Adopt and thoroughly follow up all nuclear requirements and way of working
  • Coordinate any challenges from delays, non-conformities, missing/obsolete items, missing nuclear documentation
  • Ensure/check the supplies for the engines till final delivery to the customer
  • Participate in our continual improvement process


To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

  • Experience in handling purchase orders on SAP and following them up until delivery, and sending reminders to the right persons when necessary (parts, services related to the ongoing project)
  • Some knowledge of the handling of sales orders on SAP would also be appreciated (creation, delivering,/ follow-up)
  • Curiosity in checking documentation needs by anticipation and requesting it
  • An open mind for improvement suggestions
  • Communicative ability to work along with all stakeholders of the supply chain (workshop, project managers, warehouse, technical, operational & strategic purchasing teams…)

Dans ce cadre, vous serez responsable de la coordination des enjeux logistiques pièces et services propres à nos activités de contrats pour reconditionnements moteurs & sous-ensembles nucléaires.


  1. Missions :

Intégré(e) à l’équipe Supply Management-Surgères, les missions consisteront à :


  • Participer aux réunions de lancement et à la coordination avec équipes Achats des affaires de reconditionnement moteurs & sous-ensembles nucléaires tout au long de leur exécution,
  • Exploiter la nomenclature de l’affaire pour déclencher la mise en besoin des composants requis,
  • Mettre en place des commandes (WGLS, QuantiParts, autres fournisseurs), intégrant le suivi des exigences des commandes nucléaires (PER/PQR),
  • Coordonner au quotidien le plan d’avancement entre Fournisseurs/Logistique/Atelier/Responsables Contrat-Projet, ainsi que la gestion des aléas : retards, relances, réapprovisionnements, non-conformités,
  • Contribuer aux respects et aux pistes d’améliorations des délais.


  1. Expérience Requise :

Diplômé(e) d’une formation de type BTS/DUT dans le domaine de la Supply Chain avec une spécialisation en logistique, vous disposez de minimum 2 ans d’expériences dans le secteur industriel, préférentiellement nucléaire.

Connaissances et curiosité pour le domaine de la mécanique moteurs, composants & enjeux fonctionnement système, sont un plus.

Vous avez une expérience significative sur SAP et êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques, ainsi que l’anglais.

Vos sens de l’échange et de l’esprit d’équipe vous permettront de créer un lien de confiance avec vos interlocuteurs. Pour vous, la satisfaction client est une valeur forte.

Doté(e) de bonnes capacités d’analyse et de synthèse, votre réactivité, votre rigueur, votre ténacité et votre organisation vous permettront d’être à l’aise sur ce poste.
