We are now looking for a

 

Master Data Technician H/F

 

to join our Special Applications team. The preferred location for the position is in Surgères, France. 
 
What will you be doing 
 
In this position, you will report to the Technical Information Manager and your main stakeholders will be all Special Applications (SA) departments (Supply, Sales, Operations, Quality) and Nuclear and military customers. In addition, you will interface with the Product & Technical Management Services functions of the Wärtsilä Group and Master Data Group.
 
As Master Data Technician, your work will focus on these responsibilities: 

 

  • Identification of components according to various input data (SAP, spare parts book, bills of material, archives...)
  • Updating of parts lists (according to nuclear requirements such as 1617, KTA)
  • Update of TEX (engine parts lists) for all nuclear engines requalified in Production
  • Involvement in all SAP BOM topics for Nuc and military engines
  • SAP modifications status according to justified reason
  • Creation of Service Bulletin type "Spare part Notice" for component reference changes or obsolescence declarations. Nuc. engines Resolution of "Tech request" in its field of activity
  • Daily reporting
  • Position yourself as a Data identification support to the Special Applications (SA) departments

 
The missions are carried out while respecting the applicable rules as regards Quality, Safety and Environment, in accordance with the commitment of Wärtsilä.
 
In this role, some travel is required to meet with our customers around the world. Thus, we hope you to be ready to travel approximately twice per year, even though most of the meetings are held virtually. 
 
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
 

  • Degree  
  • Minimum 5 years experience in an industrial design office
  • Diesel engine technical expertise, Nuclear business expertise
  • Fluent English 
  • Pack Office 
  • SAP

Nous recrutons un Master Data Technician H/F pour rejoindre notre équipe dédiée au périmètre Special Applications (SA) de Wärtsilä. 
 
Le poste est basé à Surgères, France.
 
Qu'est-ce que tu vas faire
 
A ce poste, vous serez rattaché(e) au Technical Information Manager et vos principaux interlocuteurs seront l'ensemble des départements Special Applications (SA) (Supply, Sales, Operations, Quality) et le clients nucléaire et militaire. De plus, vous vous rapporterez avec les fonctions Product & Technical Management Services du groupe Wärtsilä et Master Data du groupe.
 
En tant que Master Data Technician, votre travail se concentrera sur les missions suivantes:
 

  • Identification de composants selon données d’entrée diverses (SAP, Catalogues de pièces de rechange, nomenclatures, archives…)
  • Mise à jour de tous les TEX (nomenclatures moteurs) pour l’ensemble des moteurs Nucléaires requalifiés en Production 
  • Implication sur tous les sujets Nomenclature SAP pour les moteurs Nuc et militaire
  • Modifications de status SAP en fonction de demandes justifiées
  • Création de Service Bulletin type « Spare part Notice » pour les changements de référence de composants ou déclaration d’obsolescences. Moteurs Nuc.
  • Résolution de « Tech request » dans son champ d’activité
  • Mise à jour de liste de pièces (selon exigences nucléaires type 1617, KTA par exemple)
  • Réalisation de reporting quotidien
  • Se positionner en tant que Support identification Data auprès des départements Special Applications (SA) 

 
Les missions sont effectuées en respectant les règles applicables en matière de Qualité, Sécurité et Environnement, conformément à l’engagement de Wärtsilä.

Des déplacements sont à prévoir à hauteur de : 2 par an (partage d’expérience avec branches du groupe). 
 
Pour réussir dans ce rôle, nous attendons de vous:
 

  • Bac +2
  • Expérience de 5 ans minimum au sein d’un bureau d’étude industriel
  • Expertise Technique moteur Diesel, Expertise du business Nucléaire
  • Anglais courant
  • Pack Office
  • SAP
