We are now looking for an experienced, full-time
Operative Purchaser
to join our Special Applications team based in different locations, supplying standard, nuclear and military parts.
The positions is located in Surgères or Mulhouse France.
What will you be doing
In this position, your work will include actual operational purchasing activities, from analysing the requirements to the delivery to our central warehouse in Kampen (NL) or to our workshop in Surgères (FR). You will be a key interface between sales/projects’ teams and our suppliers.
As an ideal candidate, we expect you to have at least 5 years’ experience in operative purchasing and a good knowledge of SAP.
As Operative Purchaser, your work will focus on these responsibilities:
- Investigate on future demands with various internal and external resources.
- Execute and monitor purchase orders, confirmations (dates, prices), technical details accuracy.
- Stick to a nuclear process implying coordination skills between customers’ and technical requirements, as well as inspection meetings between customers and suppliers.
- Provide/request information and/or support to/from internal stakeholders (sales, Quality Product Technical Management, quality organization, strategic purchasing team)
- Send forecasts to suppliers, when applicable
- Handle quality notifications

expérimentés à temps plein pour rejoindre notre équipe Special Applications basée dans différents endroits, fournissant des pièces standard, nucléaires et militaires. Le postes est situés à Surgères ou à Mulhouse en France.
Que ferez-vous
- Dans ce poste, votre travail comprendra des activités d'achat opérationnel effectives, de l'analyse des besoins à la livraison à notre entrepôt central à Kampen (Pays-Bas) ou à notre atelier à Surgères (France). Vous serez un interlocuteur clé entre les équipes de vente/projets et nos fournisseurs.
- En tant que candidat idéal, nous nous attendons à ce que vous ayez au moins 5 ans d'expérience en achat opérationnel et une bonne connaissance de SAP.
En tant qu'Acheteur Opérationnel, votre travail se concentrera sur ces responsabilités :
- Enquêter sur les demandes futures avec diverses ressources internes et externes
- Exécuter et surveiller les bons de commande, les confirmations (dates, prix), l'exactitude des détails techniques
- Respecter un processus nucléaire impliquant des compétences de coordination entre les exigences des clients et techniques, ainsi que des réunions d'inspection entre les clients et les fournisseurs
- Fournir/demander des informations et/ou un soutien aux parties prenantes internes (ventes, gestion technique des produits de qualité, organisation de la qualité, équipe d'achats stratégiques)
- Envoyer des prévisions aux fournisseurs, le cas échéant
- Gérer les notifications de qualité

- Une bonne connaissance de l'anglais, du français à l'écrit et à l'oral
