Operative purchaser


We are now looking for an experienced, full-time Operative purchaser to join our Special Applications team based in different locations, supplying standard, nuclear and military parts. The position is permanent and Surgères, but also Mulhouse, France are possible locations. 

 

What will you be doing


In this position, your work will include actual operational purchasing activities, from analyzing the requirements to the delivery to our central warehouse in Kampen (NL) or to our workshop in Surgères (FR). You will be a key interface between sales/projects’ teams and our vendors. 


As an ideal candidate, we expect you to have at least 5 years’ experience in operative purchasing and a good knowledge of SAP. 


As operative purchaser, your work will focus on these responsibilities:
-    Investigate on future demands with various internal and external resources
-    Execute and monitor purchase orders, confirmations (dates, prices), technical details accuracy
-    Stick to a nuclear process implying coordination skills between customers’ and technical requirements, as well as inspection meetings between customers and vendors 
-    Provide/request information and/or support to/from internal stakeholders (sales, Quality Product Technical Management, quality organization, strategic purchasing team)
-    Send forecasts to suppliers, when applicable
-    Handle quality notifications

ACHETEUR(SE) OPERATIONNEL(LE) pour activités militaire & nucléaire (H/F)

 

Wärtsilä France est à la recherche d’un(e) acheteur(se) opérationnel(le) expérimenté(e) sous ERP SAP pour rejoindre l’organisation Special Applications sur le site de Surgères.

 

Intégré(e) au sein de l’organisation Special Applications, vous assurerez des activités d’achat opérationnel dans le périmètre de responsabilités défini en vue de garantir la disponibilité des matières/équipements. Vous aurez pour mission d’étudier de futures demandes en collaboration avec diverses ressources internes et externes. Vous exécuterez des ordres d'achat, du suivi de commandes, des confirmations, du rééchelonnement et du traitement de non-conformités. Vous aurez également en charge la vérification des spécifications techniques et des exigences des clients. Si c’est nécessaire, vous créerez et publierez des prévisions pour les fournisseurs. Vous devrez aussi suivre et analyser la performance des fournisseurs (par exemple la fiabilité des livraisons, les délais et les prix). Vous aurez aussi à planifier et revoir les besoins. Vous devrez travailler de façon proactive afin de permettre une bonne coopération entre nos divisions, nos différents sites & organisation matricielle, et les fournisseurs. 
 
Ces missions seront effectuées tout en restant attentif aux règles applicables en matière de Qualité, Sécurité et Environnement, conformément à l’engagement de Wärtsilä. 

Titulaire d’un bac+3 ou ayant une expérience équivalente d’au minimum 2 ans, vous êtes prêt(e) à apprendre et à entrer dans la culture d'activités orientées militaire & nucléaire. Vous avez des compétences achats & approvisionnement, des bonnes connaissances de la chaîne logistique, mais aussi de rigueur dans le suivi pour livraison suivant délai & qualité. Vous êtes orienté(e) vers le client et le business, mais aussi vers les objectifs et leur atteinte. Vous êtes assidu(e), et faites preuve d’un esprit d’analyse, et savez gérer les priorités. A l’aise au sein d’une équipe multisites, vous disposez de bonnes capacités relationnelles et avez le sens du service. Vous maîtrisez le français et l’anglais, et disposez de connaissances dans SAP.

 

Une expérience d’un ou deux ans, au sein de Wärtsilä de préférence ou d’une autre entreprise similaire, dans le domaine des achats serait un atout.
