Pipe Fitter, Welder Workshop


to join our team working for a better future. 


The preferred location for the position is in Surgères, France.


What you will be doing 


As Pipe Fitter, Welder Workshop your work will focus on these responsibilities: 


  • You will be in charge of the piping of nuclear engines,
  • You participate in the expertise of the engine pipes to be requalified,
  • You will realize the shaping of the pipes (bending, lengthening) according to piping plans and/ or according to the original pipes of the engine,
  • You perform welding operations on Steel/ Stainless steel respecting the defined DMOS,
  • You will be required to perform TIG Steel/ Stainless Steel welds by applying the defined DMOS,
  • You will ensure the traceability of your operations by filling in the documents of the engine file (quality plan, etc.),
  • You maintain your position in 5S standards.


To be successful in this role we expect you to have: 


  • Boilermaker or welder training, you have at least 3 years experience and master the TIG welding on Steel/ stainless steel.
  • You have significant experience in piping or have the skills to follow a qualified training as a pipefitter (CQPM Pipefitter).
  • Your experience has led you to work in environments with high documentary requirements.
  • A knowledge of diesel engines would be a plus.
  • You are rigorous, precise and are very attentive (ve) to the Quality and Safety aspects.
  • You are motivated, dynamic, rigorous, organized, adaptable and proactive.
  • You are methodical and rigorous and are comfortable with the PC environment.
  • You are a force for proposal in terms of improving existing modes of operation. For you, customer satisfaction is a strong value.

Que ferez-vous 


Vos missions seront les suivantes:


  • Vous serez en charge de réaliser la tuyauterie des moteurs nucléaires,
  • Vous participez à l'expertise des tuyaux du moteur à requalifier,
  • Vous réaliserez la mise en forme des tuyaux (cintrage, mise à longueur) selon des plans de tuyautage et/ou selon les tuyaux d'origine du moteur,
  • Vous réalisez des opérations de brasure chalumeau sur Acier / Inox en respectant les DMOS définis,
  • Vous serez amené à réaliser des soudures TIG Acier / Inox en appliquant les DMOS définis,
  • Vous assurerez la traçabilité de vos opérations en renseignant les documents du dossier moteur (plan qualité...),
  • Vous maintenez votre poste dans les standards 5S.

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, nous attendons de vous: 


  • Chaudronnier ou Soudeur de formation, vous avez une expérience d'au moins 3 ans et maîtrisez la soudure TIG sur Acier / inox.
  • Vous possédez une expérience significative dans le tuyautage ou avez les aptitudes à suivre une formation qualifiante de tuyauteur (CQPM Tuyauteur).
  • Votre expérience vous a amené à travailler dans des environnements à forte exigence documentaire.
  • Une connaissance des moteurs diesel serait un plus.
  • Vous faites preuve de rigueur, de précision et êtes très attentif(ve) aux aspects Qualité et Sécurité.
  • Vous êtes motivé(e), dynamique, et faites preuve de rigueur, d'organisation, d'adaptabilité et d'anticipation.
  • Vous êtes méthodique et rigoureux et êtes à l'aise avec l'environnement PC.
  • Vous êtes force de proposition en matière d'amélioration des modes de fonctionnement existants. Pour vous, la satisfaction client est une valeur forte.
