We are now looking for an Pipefitter / Welder to join our Special Applications team. The position is permanent and is located in Surgères, France.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for carrying out the tasks assigned in accordance with applicable Safety and Quality rules,
• Accountable for the equipment used and for maintaining their workspace,
• Responsible for reporting safety risks, quality deviations, and observed malfunctions,

Tasks (non-exhaustive):

• Participates in the assessment of the engine pipes that need re-qualification,
• Shapes the pipes (bending, length adjustment) according to piping plans and/or based on the original engine pipes,
• Conducts torch brazing operations on Steel/Stainless Steel, following the defined DMOS procedures,
• May perform TIG welding on Steel/Stainless Steel by applying the defined DMOS procedures,
• Ensures traceability of parts and sub-assemblies at each stage of completion,
• Familiarizes and adheres to safety and quality instructions applicable to the workshop, area, and workstation (displays, job card, procedures, quality plan...),
• Checks that production, lifting, and control means are compliant before using them,
• Carries out first-level maintenance operations when specified, maintains, cleans, and organizes the workstation according to established 5S standards,
• Reports safety incidents (near-misses, dangerous situations) and quality issues (non-compliance) through the We care system and SAP notifications,
• Suggests safety and quality improvement actions for their tasks,
• Reports daily on completed tasks (SAP, attendance sheet, etc.)

Expectations:

• Vocational diploma (BEP) in boiler-making with welding qualification and 5 years of experience.
• Professional baccalaureate (Bac pro) in boiler-making with welding qualification and 2 years of experience.
• TIG welding qualifications for Steel/Stainless Steel.
• Brazing qualification for Steel/Stainless Steel.
• Good spatial orientation.
• Proficient in reading boiler-making plans.
• Motivated.
• Rigorous/professional conscientiousness.
• Precision.
• Independence/Autonomy.

Nous recrutons un Tuyauteur / soudeur pour rejoindre l'équipe de Surgères.

En tant que Tuyauteur / soudeur vos missions clés sont:

• Est responsable de la réalisation des opérations qui lui sont confiées conformément aux règles Sécurité et Qualité applicables,
• Est responsable du matériel utilisé et du maintien de son poste de travail,
• Est responsable de faire remonter les risques sécurité, écarts qualité, dysfonctionnements constatés

Missions (non exhaustives) :

• Participe à l’expertise des tuyaux du moteur à requalifier,
• Réalise la mise en forme des tuyaux (cintrage, mise à longueur) selon des plans de tuyautage et/ou selon les tuyaux d’origine du moteur,
• Réalise les opérations de brasure chalumeau sur Acier / Inox en respectant les DMOS définis,
• Peut réaliser des soudures TIG Acier / Inox en appliquant les DMOS définis,
• Garantie la traçabilité des pièces, sous-ensembles à chaque étape de réalisation,
• Prend connaissance et respecte les consignes sécurité et qualité applicables à l’atelier, au secteur, au poste de travail (affichage, fiche de poste, gammes, plan qualité…),
• Vérifie que les moyens de production, de levage et de contrôle sont conformes avant de les utiliser,
• Réalise les opérations de maintenance premier niveau lorsque cela est défini, entretien, nettoie et range son poste selon les standards 5S en place,
• Déclare les aléas sécurité (presqu’accident, situation dangereuse) et qualité (non-conformité) au travers des We care et de notifications SAP,
• Propose des actions d’amélioration sécurité et qualité sur son activité,
• Déclare journalièrement les temps réalisés (SAP, feuille de présence…)

• BEP Chaudronnerie avec qualification en soudure
• Bac Pro chaudronnerie avec qualification en soudure
• Qualifications soudure TIG Acier/Inox,
• Qualification Brasure Acier/inox,
• Sait se repérer dans l’espace,
• Bonne lecture de plan de chaudronnerie,
• Motivation,
• Rigueur / conscience professionnelle,
• Précision,
• Autonomie
