We are now looking for a


Quality Engineer / Ingénieur Qualité H/F


to join our team.


Operational Tasks


  • Monitor the analysis of internal non conformity
  • Develop Quality KPIs and Quality monitoring dashboards 
  • Monitor Quality KPIs
  • Manage problem solving activities
  • Manage progress of corrective actions via regular meetings and provide feedback to the operational team and management
  • Carry out internal quality audits
  • Organise staff awareness and training on Quality issues
  • To be a driving force for continuous improvement
  • Define and update control instructions
  • Actively participate in the development of a quality and continuous improvement culture in the workshop



The missions are carried out while respecting the applicable rules as regards Quality, Safety and Environment, in accordance with the commitment of Wärtsilä.
No travel expected except in exceptional cases


To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:


  • Master Degree
  • 3-5 years experience in quality tools, continuous improvement management and Industrial quality
  • Quality standards (ISO 9001) 
  • English intermediate 
  • Pack Office intermediate 
  • SAP Level intermediate

Ingénieur Qualité H/F


pour rejoindre notre équipe.


Missions Opérationnelles :


  • Suivre les analyses des non-conformités internes
  • Construire les KPIs Qualité et élaborer les tableaux bord de suivi de la qualité
  • Suivre les KPIs Qualité
  • Piloter les activités de résolution de problèmes
  • Organiser et gérer l'avancement des actions correctives via des réunions régulières et fournir un retour d'information à l'équipe opérationnelle et à la direction
  • Réaliser les audits qualité interne
  • Organiser des actions de sensibilisation et de formation du personnel au problème de la Qualité
  • Etre force de proposition sur l’amélioration continue
  • Définir et mettre à jour les instructions de contrôle
  • Participer activement au développement d’une culture qualité et amélioration continue dans l’atelier


Les missions sont effectuées en respectant les règles applicables en matière de Qualité, Sécurité et Environnement, conformément à l’engagement de Wärtsilä.
Pas de déplacement à prévoir sauf exception.


Pour réussir dans ce rôle, nous attendons de vous :


  • Master 2, Bac +5 
  • 3-5 ans d'experience dans la maîtrise des outils de la qualité, la maîtrise du pilotage de l’amélioration continue et qualité industrielle. 
  • ERP (SAP)
  • Les référentiels qualité (norme ISO 9001)
  • Anglais intermédiaire
  • Pack Office intermédiaire
