We are now looking for a Quality Engineer to join our UD Quality Documentation team of six people working to ensure customer satisfaction and respect of Nuclear and Military requirements. The position is permanent starting as soon as possible. The preferred location for the position is in Surgères, France. 

 

What will you be doing
 

As Quality Engineer your daily work will focus on these responsibilities:

 

  • Traceability management of components and engines,
  • Control of components and engines refurbishments documentation,
  • Follow-up of non-conformities,
  • Establishment of certificates of compliance,
  • Writing of End Of Refurbishment Reports,
  • Monitoring of packaging according to customer requirements,
  • Presentation of quality files to customers, 
  • Archiving of quality files in M-Files,
  • Participation in writing of governance procedures.

 

As a Team Leader, you will also be in charge of the dispatch of Quality Documentation workload concerning End Of Refurbishment Reports (components and engines).
 

You will shine in this role when you have:

  • Ability to speak and write in French and English.

 

A previous professional experience in this field would definitely be an advantage.
In this role, some travel is possible to meet with our customers and/or suppliers. Thus, we hope you to be ready to travel approximately 5%, even though most of the meetings are held virtually.

Nous recherchons actuellement un Ingénieur Qualité H/F pour rejoindre notre équipe Documentation Qualité UD, composée de six personnes qui travaillent pour assurer la satisfaction des clients et le respect des exigences nucléaires et militaires. Le poste est permanent et débute dès que possible.

 

Le lieu de travail privilégié est Surgères, France. 

 

Ce que vous ferez :
 

En tant qu'ingénieur qualité, votre travail quotidien se concentrera sur les responsabilités suivantes :

 

  • Gestion de la traçabilité des composants et des moteurs,
  • Contrôle de la documentation de remise en état des composants et des moteurs,
  • Suivi des non-conformités,
  • Etablissement des certificats de conformité,
  • Rédaction des rapports de fin de remise en état,
  • Suivi du conditionnement selon les exigences du client,
  • Présentation des dossiers qualité aux clients, 
  • Archivage des dossiers qualité dans M-Files,
  • Participation à la rédaction des procédures de gouvernance.

 

En tant que team leader, vous serez également en charge de la planification de la charge de travail de la documentation qualité concernant les rapports de fin de remise en état (composants et moteurs).

 

Vous vous distinguerez dans ce rôle si vous avez :

 

  • Rigueur et respect des règles et des normes,
  • Organisation et autonomie,
  • Compétences rédactionnelles,
  • Orientation client et business,
  • De bonnes compétences interpersonnelles,
  • Capacité à parler et à écrire en français et en anglais.

 

Une expérience professionnelle antérieure dans ce domaine serait certainement un avantage.
Dans le cadre de cette fonction, des déplacements sont possibles pour rencontrer nos clients et/ou fournisseurs. Nous vous demandons donc d'être prêt à voyager environ 5%, même si la plupart des réunions se déroulent virtuellement.
