We are now looking for a
Real Estate & Facility Management Manager (m/f/d)
to join our team working for a better future. The position is permanent and the preferred location is in Surgeres, France
What you will be doing
You will be reporting to the Managing Director France, your main objective is to meet the needs of our employees (430 employees spread over 7 sites) by offering them effective solutions and a suitable working environment.
As Real Estate & Facility Management Manager, your work will focus on these responsibilities:
- Ensure the proper application of the Wartsila Group FM policy for France
- Ensure the adequacy and optimization of premises in relation to the needs of internal clients.
- If necessary, ensure the search for premises, the implementation, and management of rental leases
- Ensure the proper maintenance of premises in compliance with regulations (labor code, environmental regulations, etc.)
- Ensure the implementation and management of FM service contracts
- Ensure the safety of people and property on W. sites in France
- Control operating and investment costs in line with negotiated budgets
- Manage the Wartsila vehicle fleet (about 50 vehicles)
To be successful in this role we expect you to have:
- Ideally, you have a higher education (Bac +4/5) in a technical field or in construction. You have 5 to 10 years of similar experience in an industrial or tertiary environment as well as a good level of English (both written and spoken).
- You are autonomous, know how to take initiatives, and are capable of working on several projects involving different sectors of activity at various stages of completion.
- Organized and rigorous, you know how to be flexible and tenacious and demonstrate availability.
- Your charisma and leadership, combined with interpersonal skills and good communication abilities, allow you to achieve the expected results.
- This position requires national (1 to 2 times a month) and possibly international travel.

Responsable Real Estate / Facility Management (m/f/d)
Rattaché au Managing Director France, vous avez pour principal objectif de répondre aux besoins de nos collaborateurs (430 salariés répartis sur 7 sites) en leur proposant des solutions efficaces et un cadre de travail adapté.
A ce titre, vous devrez:
- Garantir la bonne l’application de la politique FM du Groupe Wartsila pour la France
- Assurer l’adéquation et l’optimisation des locaux par rapport aux besoins des clients internes.
- Assurer, si besoin, le recherche de locaux, la mise en place et la gestion des baux de location
- Garantir le bon entretien des locaux dans le respect des règlementations (code du travail, règlements environnementaux, …)
- Assurer la mise en place et la gestion du ou des contrats de prestation FM
- Garantir la sûreté des personnes et des biens sur les sites W. en France
- Maitriser les coûts de fonctionnement et des investissements en ligne avec les budgets négociés
- Gérer la flotte automobile de Wartsila (environ 50 véhicules)
Ce que nous attendons:
- Idéalement, vous disposez d’une formation supérieure (Bac +4/5) dans un domaine technique ou dans le BTP. Vous justifiez d’une expérience similaire de 5 à 10 ans dans un milieu industriel ou tertiaire ainsi que d’un bon niveau d’anglais (tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral).
- Vous êtes autonome, savez prendre des initiatives et êtes capable d'intervenir sur plusieurs projets mêlant différents secteurs d'activités à différents stades de réalisation.
- Organisé(e) et rigoureux(se), vous savez être flexible et tenace et faites preuve de disponibilité.
- Votre charisme et votre leadership, associés à une aisance relationnelle ainsi qu’à de bonnes capacités de communication, vous permettent d’atteindre les résultats attendus.
- Ce poste nécessite des déplacements nationaux (1 à 2 fois dans le mois) voire internationaux.
