We are looking for a 


Resource Coordinator


to join our Field Services working for a more sustainable future through Wärtsilä Special Applications activities (nuclear and military scope). 

 

This entity is dedicated to the complete services of the equipment which can go up to the reconditioning of the emergency engines for nuclear power plants in the world and of the engines of the Leclerc tanks for the French Army. The preferred location for the position is at Surgères (Charente Maritime), in France. From Surgères, you will be deployed with your team mainly in Western Europe (France, Spain, Belgium, Sweden…). Wärtsilä will be covering the travel and accommodation expenses to/from home location to Surgères plant or Customer site.

 

What you will be doing 


The position is dedicated to the Special Applications (SPA) perimeter of Wärtsilä.

 

As Resource Coordinator your work will focus on these responsibilities: 

 

  • Keep the Field Services planning up to date, and propose the appropriate teams according to work sites, customers and technicians' skills. 
  • Effectively and proactively communicate schedule changes to field technicians and all stakeholders (Field Services, Workshop, Contract Management, etc.), 
  • Plan and optimize human resources in line with Workshop and Field Services workloads, ensuring that required skills match available skills, 
  • Participate in Operations skills management by deploying appropriate tools (resource exchanges, experience monitoring, development of multi-skilling, etc.).
  • Develop a pool of Wärtsilä intra-group resources and a pool of temporary resources qualified in nuclear operations to support FS teams on site. 
  • Communicate to the Payroll provider the payroll variables relating to the travel of service technicians and occasional TIEs, by checking and validating the hours entered by technicians in SAP.
  • Monitor and update mandatory training and authorizations for the SPA perimeter.
  • Organize visits to nuclear power plants for SPA personnel, helping to reinforce safety culture.

 

The missions are carried out while respecting the applicable rules as regards Quality, Safety and Environment, in accordance with the commitment of Wärtsilä.

 

Travel is to be expected occasionally within NPPs.

 

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

 

  • Bac +2/ Degrees + 2 years,
  • Gained experience in planning and coordinating Field Services ressources
  • A good knowledge of French payroll rules
  • Very good Office and Excel skills
  • English skills (A1-A2).

Cette entité est dédiée aux services complets de l'équipement qui peuvent aller jusqu'au reconditionnement des moteurs de secours des centrales nucléaires dans le monde et du moteur du char Leclerc pour l'armée française. Le lieu de travail privilégié pour le poste est Surgères (Charente Maritime), en France. Depuis Surgères, vous serez déployé avec votre équipe principalement en Europe de l'Ouest (France, Espagne, Belgique, Suède...). Wärtsilä prendra en charge les frais de déplacement et d'hébergement entre le domicile et l'usine de Surgères ou le site du client.

 

Ce que vous ferez:

 

Le poste s’inscrit dans le périmètre des Applications Spéciales (SA) de Wärtsilä.

 

Missions Opérationnelles:

 

  • Tenir à jour le planning Field Services et proposer les équipes adéquates en fonction des chantiers, des clients et des compétences des techniciens 
  • Communiquer efficacement et de manière proactive les évolutions de plannings aux techniciens d'intervention et à toutes les parties prenantes (Field Services, Atelier, Contract Management...), 
  • Planifier et optimiser les ressources humaines nécessaires en fonction de la charge Atelier et Field Services en assurant l'adéquation entre les compétences requises et les compétences disponibles, 
  • Participer à la gestion des compétences Opérations en déployant les outils adaptés (échanges de ressources, suivi d'expérience, développement de la polyvalence, 
  • Développer un pôle de ressources intragroupe Wärtsilä et un pôle de ressources intérimaires qualifiées aux opérations nucléaires pour supporter les équipes FS sur chantier 
  • Communiquer au service Paie les variables de paie relatives aux déplacements des techniciens d'interventions et des TIE occasionnels grâce à la vérification et à la validation des heures saisies par les techniciens dans SAP
  • Assurer le suivi et le maintien à jour des formations obligatoires et des habilitations pour le périmètre SPA
  • Organiser des visites en centrales nucléaires pour le personnel SPA participant ainsi au renforcement de la culture sûreté

 

Les missions sont effectuées en respectant les règles applicables en matière de Qualité, Sécurité et Environnement, conformément à l'engagement de Wärtsilä.

 

Des déplacements sont à prévoir de manière ponctuelle en CNPE.

 

Pour réussir dans cette fonction, nous attendons de vous que vous ayez:

 

  • Bac +2/ Diplômes + 2 ans,
  • Expérience acquise dans le domaine de la planification et la coordination d’équipes de terrains
  • Une bonne maitrise des règles de paie (calcul de variables…)
  • Une bonne matrise du Pack Office et d’excel
  • Connaissance de l'anglais (A1-A2)
