We are now looking for a Foreman Workshop mechanic for our workshop in Surgères, France

What you will be doing

As a Pilot, your main missions are:

•      Ensure the animation of your team

•      Organize, plan, track the activity according to the objectives of Safety, Quality and Time

•      Ensure the application of procedures by the team (quality procedure, completeness of quality plans...)

•      Report your activity to the sector team leader / contract manager

•      Cooperate with support functions

As a Foreman, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

•      Within a multidisciplinary team (business manager, method, technical service, supplier, documentation quality), take charge of carrying out an activity, whether it is of type motor requalification, subassembly requalification, ordering new subassemblies,

•      Carry out the activity follow-up planning and report its progress to the business manager and his or her manager, and identify any bottlenecks,

•      Organise the tasks to be carried out within the team entrusted to you and animate it in a functional way,

•      Ensure that your employees have all the input data to perform their work in accordance with SQD: PPE, equipment, plan, documentation, parts...

•      Check the application of procedures, ranges, instruction by your team,

•      Welcome new entrants to their workplace,

•      As a business expert, train new entrants in the business and participate in the post-failure expertises,

•      Report non-conformances following expertise in SAP,

•      Facilitate the visual management related to your activity,

•      Participate in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions following safety and quality events,

•      You may have to carry out production operations within the sector,

To be successful in this role we expect you to have:

•      You are familiar with the technical specificities of the sector, knowledge related to diesel engines and regulatory knowledge related to nuclear activities.

•      You are particularly vigilant in respecting applicable internal procedures and quality and safety standards.

•      Ease of use SAP required

•      Your team facilitation and management skills allow you to plan, report on, and distribute your team's activity.

•      You have good relationships, facilitate teamwork and know how to manage priorities and react quickly to the unexpected.

•      French langauage fluent Mandatory

•      Your spirit of initiative, your pedagogy and sense of the client are recognized

Ce que vous ferez :

En tant que pilote, vos principales missions sont :

•      Assurer l'animation de votre équipe

•      Organiser, planifier, suivre l'activité selon les objectifs de sécurité, qualité et délais

•      Assurer l'application des procédures par l'équipe (procédure de qualité, complétude des plans de qualité...)

•      Faire rapport de votre activité au chef d'équipe secteur / responsable de contrat

•      Coopérer avec les fonctions supports

En tant que chef d'équipe, votre travail sera axé sur ces responsabilités :

•      Au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire (responsable métier, méthode, service technique, fournisseur, qualité de la documentation), prendre en charge la réalisation d'une activité, qu'il s'agisse de requalification moteur, de requalification de sous-ensembles, de commande de nouveaux sous-ensembles,

•      Réaliser la planification du suivi des activités et faire rapport de son avancement au responsable métier et à son supérieur, et identifier les goulots d'étranglement,

•      Organiser les tâches à réaliser au sein de l'équipe qui vous est confiée et l'animer de manière fonctionnelle,

•      S'assurer que vos employés disposent de toutes les données d'entrée pour réaliser leur travail conformément à SQD : EPI, équipements, plan, documentation, pièces...

•      Vérifier l'application des procédures, gammes, instructions par votre équipe,

•      Accueillir les nouveaux entrants sur leur lieu de travail,

•      En tant qu'expert métier, former les nouveaux entrants au métier et participer aux expertises après échec,

•      Reportez les non-conformités suite aux expertises dans SAP,

•      Faciliter la gestion visuelle liée à votre activité,

•      Participer à la mise en œuvre d'actions correctives et préventives suite à des événements de sécurité et de qualité,

•      Vous pourriez être amené à réaliser des opérations de production au sein du secteur.

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, nous attendons de vous :

•      Vous êtes familier avec les spécificités techniques du secteur, les connaissances liées aux moteurs diesel et les connaissances réglementaires liées aux activités nucléaires.

•      Vous êtes particulièrement vigilant dans le respect des procédures internes applicables et des normes de qualité et de sécurité.

•      Maîtrise de SAP requise

•      Vos compétences en animation et gestion d'équipe vous permettent de planifier, faire rapport et répartir l'activité de votre équipe.

•      Vous entretenez de bonnes relations, facilitez le travail d'équipe et savez gérer les priorités et réagir rapidement à l'imprévu.

•      La maîtrise de la langue française est obligatoire

•      Votre esprit d'initiative, votre pédagogie et votre sens du client sont reconnus.
