Site communication officer (Apprentice) - Chargée de communication site (Apprentie) (H/F)

We are recruiting for an apprenticeship (fixed-term contract) on our site in Surgères (17 Charente-Maritime) with 170 employees, specialized in the reconditioning of industrial diesel engines for the nuclear and military sectors.
What you will be doing
In this position, you work will include:
- Creation and implementation of the site communication plan
- Ensure the updating of the communication procedure
- Manage the presentation slides on the local TV of Surgères by ensuring their update (every two weeks)
- Manage the intranet of Special Applications: writing articles, keeping it up to date, etc.
- Put forward each Special Applications service by newsletters:
- Training (CPF, 70/20/10 principles of the group, WeLearn, WeLeap, our internal trainers, etc.)
- QHSE (Safety Flash, KPI, current safety topics, PPE, Gesture and posture, Driving, etc.)
- Group tools (Compass, WeLearn, My HR, We Care, etc.)
- Implement actions in connection with QEHS (organize Sustainable Development days, promote certain actions and partnerships, etc.)
- Contribute to the organization of internal and external events
- Organize meetings with our partners: temporary employment agencies, training organizations, supplier days, WEDGOO customer days, etc.
- Organize open houses with partner schools and with employees' families
- Organize team-buildings for the teams
- Contribute to internal signage
- Setting up performance indicators
You will shine in this role, when you have:
- Preparation of a Bachelor or Master degree in communication
- Mastery of the Office package
- Knowledge of the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Notions in graphic design
- Good level of English (B2)
- Interest in the industrial sector
- Sense of confidentiality
- Rigorous writing skills
- Sense of organization
- Creative and innovative spirit
- Easy contact with different stakeholders (managers, partners, etc.)

Nous recrutons en Apprentissage (CDD) sur notre site de Surgères (17 Charente-Maritime) de 170 salariés, spécialisé dans le reconditionnement de moteurs diesel industriels pour le secteur nucléaire et militaire.
Missions :
- Création et mise en œuvre du plan de communication site
- Garantir la mise à jour de la procédure de Communication
- Gérer les slides de présentation sur les TV locales de Surgères en assurant leur mise à jour (toutes les quinzaines)
- Gérer l'intranet de Special Applications : rédaction d’articles, maintien à jour, etc.
- Mettre en avant chaque service Special Applications par des newsletters :
- Formation (CPF, Principes 70/20/10 du groupe, WeLearn, WeLeap, nos formateurs internes, etc.)
- QHSE ( Flash Sécurité, KPI, Sujet sécurité d’actualité, EPI, Geste et posture, Conduite, …)
- Outils du groupe (Compass, WeLearn, My HR, We Care, etc.) Etc.
- Mettre en place des actions RSE en lien avec QHSE (organiser des journées du Développement Durable, valoriser certaines actions et partenariats, etc.)
- Contribuer à l'organisation d'événements internes et externes
- Organiser des rencontres avec nos partenaires : agences d'intérim, organismes de formation, journées fournisseurs, journées clients WEDGOO, etc.
- Organiser des portes ouvertes avec les écoles partenaires et avec les familles des salariés
- Organiser des team-buildings pour les équipes
- Contribuer à l’affichage en Interne
- Mise en place d’indicateurs de performance
- L’ensemble de ces missions se feront dans le respect des politiques Communication et QHSE de Wärtsilä.
Profil et formations:
- Préparation d’une Licence ou d’un Master en communication
- Maîtrise du Pack Office
- Connaissance de la suite Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Notions en graphisme
- Bon niveau Anglais (B2)
- Intérêt pour le secteur industriel
- Sens de la confidentialité
- Rédaction rigoureuse
- Sens de l’organisation
- Esprit créatif et innovant
- Contact facile auprès des différentes parties prenantes (managers,
- partenaires, etc.)
