Workshop Mechanic

We are now looking for a 

 

Workshop Mechanic

 

to join our team in Surgères.
 
As Workshop Mechanic, your work will focus on these responsibilities: 
 

  • Carrying out the operations assigned to him/her in accordance with the applicable Safety and Quality rules,
  • Equipment used and for maintaining his/her workstation,
  • Reporting any safety risks, quality deviations or malfunctions observed

 
What you will be doing In this position:
 

  • Carries out or may carry out: engine dismantling, cleaning, assessment, component requalification, reassembly, engine assembly, visual, dimensional and functional checks, etc.
  • Completes quality plans and associated forms (engine quality files, inspection and/or operating certificates, etc.),
  • Guarantees the traceability of parts and sub-assemblies at each stage of production,
  • Takes note of and complies with the safety and quality instructions applicable to the workshop, sector and workstation (posters, workstation sheet, ranges, quality plan, etc.),
  • Checks that production, lifting and inspection equipment complies with standards before using it,
  • Carries out first-level maintenance operations when defined, and maintains, cleans and tidies his/her workstation in accordance with the 5S standards in place,
  • Report safety hazards (near misses, dangerous situations) and quality hazards (non-conformities) using We care and SAP notifications,
  • Proposes safety and quality improvement actions for his/her activity,
  • Declares time worked daily (SAP, time sheet, etc.).

 
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
 

  • CAP, BEP with 5 years' experience in mechanics or BAC PRO with 2 years' experience or Junior BTS
  • Very good mechanical knowledge
  • Self-motivated

Mécanicien 

 

pour rejoindre l'équipe de Surgères.
 
En tant que Mécanicien, votre responsabilités seront :
 

  • la réalisation des opérations qui lui sont confiées conformément aux règles Sécurité et Qualité applicables,
  • matériel utilisé et du maintien de son poste de travail,
  • faire remonter les risques sécurité, écarts qualité, dysfonctionnements constatés,

 
Dans ce poste :
 

  • Réalise ou peut réaliser des opérations de : démontage moteur, nettoyage, expertise, requalification composants, remontage, d’assemblage moteur, de vérifications visuelles, dimensionnelles, fonctionnelles…
  • Renseigne les plans qualité et les formulaires associés (dossiers qualité moteur, certificats de contrôle et / ou de fonctionnement…),
  • Garantie la traçabilité des pièces, sous-ensembles à chaque étape de réalisation,
  • Prend connaissance et respecte les consignes sécurité et qualité applicables à l’atelier, au secteur, au poste de travail (affichage, fiche de poste, gammes, plan qualité…),
  • Vérifie que les moyens de production, de levage et de contrôle sont conformes avant de les utiliser,
  • Réalise les opérations de maintenance premier niveau lorsque cela est défini, entretien, nettoie et range son poste selon les standards 5S en place,
  • Déclare les aléas sécurité (presqu’accident, situation dangereuse) et qualité (non-conformité) au travers des We care et de notifications SAP,
  • Propose des actions d’amélioration sécurité et qualité sur son activité,
  • Déclare journalièrement les temps réalisés (SAP, feuille de présence…)

 
Pour réussir dans ce rôle, nous attendons de vous :
 

  • CAP, BEP avec 5 ans d’expérience dans la mécanique
  • BAC PRO avec 2 ans d’expérience
  • BTS Junior
  • Très bonnes connaissances mécaniques
  • Motivé
  • Rigoureux / conscience professionnelle
  • Est capable de se remettre en question
  • Autonomie
  • Esprit d’équipe
