Your main responsibilities are：

• 根据生产计划及要求，按照作业指导书独立完成装配工作；
• 对船用柴油机组件如缸盖、活塞杆、排气阀、燃油泵阀进行研磨、抛光和修理；
• 进行零件的拆解、检验、装配和测试
• 发现并反馈任何存在的或潜在的装配问题，并提前解决；
• 积极参与公司合理化建议项目，持续改进责任工作；
• 做好作业记录（包括但不限于工时记录，交班记录等），确保工作信息的完整性；
• 做好产品自检工作，发现、汇报并正确处理不合格品，确保产品质量；
• 按照设备上的每日点检表进行设备自检，认真填写点检表，并按照设备维护规定，对设备进行维护；
• 根据机器说明书及相应规范/规定对机器、行车、叉车及其他工具进行操作；
• 保管各自设备及相关工具和量具，使用设备工具前，确保其处理良好状态；
• 积极参加EHS 培训，并按照EHS 要求，佩戴劳动保护用品，安全操作机器，正确使用工具，正确储存/使用/废弃化学品，避免化学品泄漏。快速的报告和处理异常情况或事故，确保安全生产；
• 做好工作区域内整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养工作，保持工作区域和工具的5S；
• 完成领导分配的其他任务。

 You will shine in this role when you have:

• 机械类专业，中技及以上学历
• 能独立识图
• 具备通用量具、工具使用技能
• 有相关机械制造装配经验者优先考虑
• 有良好的责任心和团队合作精神
• 踏实肯干，做事细致
