Assembly Technician

1.开发/改进装配工艺，并将之形成工艺文件，并培训现场员工 Develop/improve the assembly process, and make the Work instruction / SOP, and train the operators in the workshop

2.识图与制图能力：能熟练看懂机械装配图纸（包括零件图、装配图、爆炸图）、技术要求及工艺流程文件，掌握CAD等制图软件的基本操作。 Drawing Reading and Drafting Ability: Proficiency in reading mechanical assembly drawings (including part drawings, assembly drawings, and exploded views), technical requirements, and process documents; master basic operations of CAD and other drafting software.

3.工具与设备认知：了解各类装配工具（如扭矩扳手、千分尺、百分表）及通用设备（如钻床、压装机、起重设备）的原理、用途及操作规范。 Knowledge of Tools and Equipment: Understand the principles, uses, and operating specifications of various assembly tools (e.g., torque wrenches, micrometers, dial indicators) and general equipment (e.g., drilling machines, press-fitting machines, lifting equipment).

4.装配操作能力：熟练掌握机械产品装配流程（零件清洗、定位、连接、调整、检验），能独立完成轴承、齿轮、轴系等常规部件的装配，确保精度符合要求。 Assembly Operation Ability: Skilled in the assembly process of mechanical products (part cleaning, positioning, connection, adjustment, inspec-tion); able to independently assemble conventional components such as bearings, gears, and shafting, ensuring accuracy meets requirements.

5.良好的沟通技能和团队合作精神Good communication and team working skills.
