CNC 操作工：能熟悉机加工流程和质量要求；根据生产计划能完成机加工作。

Main Responsibilities主要工作:
1.    按照作业指导书，图纸及领导指示进行操作，操作前检查文件（工单，图纸，自检表，刀具单等）是否齐全，图纸号是否和工单上一致，待加工产品外表有无问题，加工余量是否足够，船级社是否正确，工具是否齐全，量具是否齐全，量具状态是否符合要求；领取和安装夹具刀具，按程序加工，认真自检并填写自检表；同时特别注意指导书中提到的注意点；
2.    发现并反馈任何存在或潜在的机加工问题，并提前解决；
3.    积极参与公司合理化建议项目，持续改善责任工作；
4.    认真实事求是做好作业记录（包括但不限于工时记录，交班记录等），确保工作信息的完整性；
5.    检查毛坯质量；使用设备工具前，确保其处理良好状态；做好产品自检工作；发现，汇报并正确处理不合格品，确保产品质量；
6.    按照机床上的每日点检表进行设备自检，认真填写点检表，并按照设备维护规定，对设备进行维护；
7.    根据机器说明书及相应规范/规定对机器、行车、叉车证及其他工具进行操作；
8.    保管各自机床的工具和量具，使用完放回原处，丢失需承担责任；
9.    积极参加EHS 培训，并按照EHS 要求，佩戴劳动保护用品，安全操作机器，正确使用工具，正确储存/使用/废弃化学品，避免化学品泄漏。快速的报告和处理异常情况或事故，确保安全生产； 
10.    做好工作区域内整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养工作，保持工作区域和工具的5S.如地面有油等须立即清除，将垃圾分类放到对应的垃圾桶，禁止将废水排到雨水管道；
11.    完成领导分配的其他任务。
