Logistics Officer

Your work will focus on these responsibilities: 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily import and export business customs operation and problem solving.
  • Handle relevant customs certificates.
  • Complete the filing of relevant documents for the position.
  • Confirm the expenses with forwarders, and cooperate with the finance department to complete the payment;
  • Ensure 100% delivery meets external and internal customer requirements according to customs policy.
  • Adopt a work ethic which promotes good customer service.
  • Contribute to the effective working of the logistic team.
  • Be familiar with and comply with the company’s policies; in particular relevant policies on health, safety and environmental matters.
  • Work in a manner which promotes the company’s values.
  • From time to time it may be necessary to undertake other business related activities that can be reasonably expected of them.
