Main Responsibilities:

• PO release base on the SAP-MRP, delivery date confirmation base on the project delivery schedule and tracking
• Supplier quality management, include the whole process: supplier side, in-coming inspection, during the machining process, and final inspection
• Supplier payment handling and invoice base on the term
• Supplier master date and material master date maintenance
• Inventory management, safety stock and stock level monthly review and improvement
• Urgent service case, daily tracking the lead time with supplier side
• Daily communication with supplier
• Cost down, continue to improve the supplier chain
