QS department assistant

Your main responsibilities are

  • Coordinate among order intake, production, purchasing, warehouse and logistic for all sales/production orders implementation including planning, recording in SAP system and cost analysis, etc.
  • Production preparation including production order preparation, printing and releasing.
  • Admin jobs for QS department in Suzhou
  • Other jobs assigned by line manager

 

You will shine in this role when you have:

  • College or above
  • 3 years or above related work experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Has SAP knowledge and experience
  • Basic English reading and writing level
