Your main responsibilities are

  • Products inspection and SAP transaction
  • Working with related team to define critical item to quality and trouble-shooting proposal.
  • Process audit and coordinate process capability improvement
  • NCR processing handling
  • Inspection Planning and QC process definition to prepare the working instruction.
  • Working with related party to demonstrate the product quality and its process has been aligned.
  • Continues improvement coordination
  • Quality record

You will shine in this role when you have:

  • College graduate of mechanical engineering or related.
  • At least 5years working experience in big size and precision machining factory, such as engine,   compressor heavy products machinery etc.
  • Familiar with the machining process and  process optimization knowledge.
  • Stronger in-process audit and  quality control competence
  • Good demonstration to GD&T to quality control process identification, gauge R&R theory to various measuring tools usage
  • Good at to various measuring tools for heavy products
  • fluent English on read and report skill on technical specification and working process.
  • Good communication and motivation with cross function team
  • Stronger experience to PQAP, PPAP,  die-casting & its HT process to be good
  • SAP working knowledge
