Wire harness engineer

Your main responsibilities are:

1. Wiring design
▪ Convert the electrical schematic to the wiring diagram
▪ Optimize the wiring layout plan to reduce electromagnetic interference and formulate technical standards and wiring operation guidelines

 

2. Wiring verification
▪ Lead the production verification tests, analyze the correctness, effectiveness and economy of the wiring.
▪ Be able to guide and train new employees, communicate with the workshop, and optimize the wiring operation guidelines

 

3. Production support
▪ Manage the wiring site, such as board management, make wiring plans, control the on-site quantity
▪ Participate in continuous production improvement, be able to organize employees to carry out process or quality improvement activities
▪ Be able to conduct quality analysis
▪ Be familiar with tools and fixtures, and be able to modify or optimize them as needed
▪ Track new products, make standards, identify problems and solve them

 

4.  Direct manager, provide other reasonable work

 

 

You will shine in this role when you have:

1. Professional Background:
▪ Major in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or automation, with a bachelor's degree or above.
▪ Familiar with wire harness manufacturing processes and electrical schematic diagrams.
▪ Proficient in using CAD drawing software.

 

2. Skills Requirements:
▪ Proficient in using office software and CAD design software.
▪ Candidates with experience in compiling operation manuals are preferred.
▪ Strong hands-on ability, capable of completing assembly and wiring independently.

 

3. Experience and Qualifications:
▪ 1-3 years of experience in wire harness development.
▪ Possess good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork spirit.
