The Agreement Manager is accountable for overall performance of the assigned agreement and warranty customers including agreement renewals, upselling, customer care and lifecycle services delivery during the lifecycle of the ESS installations. This includes driving financial, operative and technical performance of customer installations, identification of customer pain points and addressing those with corrective actions. The Agreement Manager will also secure customer investments and minimize related financial risks and ensure customer profitability by proactively identifying performance improvement measures.
The Agreement Manager will work closely with the other ES&O teams to ensure a seamless process from project delivery into lifecycle support.
Your main responsibilities are:
• Execute assigned contracts accordance with Wärtsilä Services guidelines, the Contract Management process and general management practices in a safe and cost effective way.
• Implement Contract Management action plans, processes and guidelines in the assigned responsibility area.
• Follow-up customer satisfaction and ensure that agreed actions are taken in the area or in the assigned responsibility area.
• Plan, budget and manage result of the work within the scope of the contract.
• Optimise assets such as inventories, receivables, fixed assets etc. tied to the contract.
• Maintain good internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure quality of work related to the contract execution.
• Follow up financial, operative and technical performance through reviews and reporting and take corrective actions.
• Maintaining customer related data in CRM.
You will shine in this role when you have:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, economics or similar.
• Candidates must have some experience in contract management and administration, preferably in the energy generation industry but other industries will be considered.
• A successful candidate must also have professional working proficiency in English.
• Capability in managing, writing, reviewing, and negotiating large, complex and non-standard agreements is a must. Knowledge of legal and contractual laws governing projects would be an advantage.
• Proactive attitude and ability to learn and adopt new things fast.
• Ability for team work is a must.
